Melkevoll Bretun is surrounded by glaciers, mountains and waterfalls.
Here you can find peace in beautiful nature, or you can explore an active vacation with hikes in the mountains and local areas.
We are located in walking distance to Briksdal glacier, one of Norway´s most wellknown glacier arms and nature attractions.
From our high standard cabins and camping areas we have amazing nature views in all directions, on the entrance of Jostedal glacier National Park. “A couple of years ago we found the most amazing campsite surrounded by glaciers, mountains and huge waterfalls in the Jostedal national park. The campsite, Melkevoll Bretun, included a sauna, a beautifully designed barn for cooking and eating with huge glass windows offering panoramic mountain views, and a camping experience in a “stone-age” cave.
