Melkevoll Bretun Camping
Melkevoll Bretun is a camping in nature surrounded by glaciers, mountains and waterfalls. You can find us in the inner end of Oldedalen, in the west of Norway.
Our place is in the midst of a powerful, amazing nature area, next to the Jostedal glacier National Park and in walking distance to Briksdal glacier.
Melkevoll Bretun are now closed from October 2025 to 1.st May 2026.
Book your stay in cabins or camping for the 2026 season here. Be aware we have plenty of drop-in spots every day during our summer season, so you are also free to visit us at the campsite without being prebooked.
From our high standard cabins and camping areas we have amazing nature views in all directions.
On our camping we have facilities like sauna & ice bath, as well as other activities you can enjoy while here.
This place is for everyone who likes an active vacation, or prefer to relax around the fireplace, in the sauna, or in a class in the special Blue Mountain Hall, - maybe both?
